The Challenge
Seneca Student Federation (SSF) needed to transform their digital presence into a high-impact, student-first content engine. Although they were active across platforms, content lacked consistency, modern visual aesthetics, and event-driven strategy. They needed a refreshed visual identity that resonated with Gen-Z, drove participation, delivered clear event communication, represented diversity, and positioned SSF as the heartbeat of student life.
Our Approach
We built a vibrant, student-centric visual language using bold type, energetic gradients, dynamic shapes, and high-contrast color palettes. We established a multi-platform campaign system optimized for Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and campus screens, with motion-friendly designs and one-tap templates for fast production. Event-driven creative production covered Frosh Week, talent shows, cultural festivals, campus parties, club activities, reminders, and announcements.
The Transformation
SSF’s presence became one of the most engaging student bodies in Canada — stronger community, greater turnout at events, more engagement across platforms, and higher visibility for important student updates. The Instagram shifted from passive viewing to active community engagement.
