The Challenge
The Indian Property Show (IPS) was preparing for one of East Africa’s largest international real-estate exhibitions. The brand needed a cohesive identity capable of scaling across flyers, signage, banners, and exhibition materials — versatile for digital and large-format environments — and polished enough to position the expo as a credible, world-class investment platform.
Our Approach
ORAI reimagined IPS from the ground up — crafting a bold, culturally expressive identity system inspired by India’s colors, heritage, and architectural symbolism.
1. A Signature Logo Rooted in Culture
A dynamic, flowing tricolor mark representing India’s national colors, growth and upward movement, and a stylized rooftop — becoming the anchor that unified every touchpoint.
2. A High-Impact Visual Campaign
We designed primary exhibition posters, informational flyers, brochures, directional signage, street banners, entry signage, wayfinding systems, and developer booth visuals — ensuring clarity, trust, and cultural resonance across audiences.
3. Large-Scale Print & Environmental Design
Oversized venue banners, A-frame directional systems, ceiling-mounted signage, and high-resolution property showcases — built to perform at scale under real event conditions.
