The Challenge
The Muskoka Centre — once a prominent property in the heart of cottage country — had fallen behind the expectations of modern travelers, investors, and the surrounding community. Its aging infrastructure, underutilized land, and fragmented visitor experience left enormous potential unrealized. Cliff Bay Muskoka approached ORAI with a bold mission: to create a digital presence that could communicate the scale, ambition, and sophistication of a redevelopment designed to revive a historic property and elevate the entire region.
Our Approach
We designed the Cliff Bay Muskoka digital experience with the same principles guiding the development itself: balance, sophistication, and respect for the surrounding environment. ORAI created an interface rooted in minimalistic luxury with a nature-inspired palette, a serif–sans typographic system, cinematic photography, modern page transitions, and clear messaging for government, investors, local community, and future guests.
